Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I’ve always been deeply connected to the values of community, compassion, and whole-person care. My journey in medicine began with training as an osteopathic physician, which grounded me in a holistic approach that considers not just symptoms, but the entire person—body, mind, and environment.

I went on to complete my neurology residency and neurophysiology fellowship at the University of Arizona. Since entering practice, I have witnessed firsthand the complexity and fragmentation of our healthcare system. Too often, I saw patients get lost in the shuffle—bounced between providers, overwhelmed by medical jargon, and left without the clarity or support to obtain the care they needed or make informed decisions.

This is why, after more than a decade in practice, I chose to transition from clinical medicine into patient advocacy. My mission is to serve as a guide and ally—helping individuals and families navigate the medical maze, understand their options, and feel empowered in their healthcare journey. With a deep understanding of neurology, whole-person care, and the healthcare system itself, I bring both clinical insight and compassionate support to every person I work with.

At Healthcare Advocacy Northwest the focus is on helping you as you navigate the often overwhelming healthcare system. Whether you’re managing a new diagnosis, a chronic condition, caring for a loved one, or simply feeling lost in a sea of medical information—you don’t have to face it alone.

As an independent, private advocacy service, there are no ties to insurance companies, hospitals, or government programs—ensuring that your well-being is the top priority. With clear, compassionate guidance, you can make informed decisions, understand your options, and have your voice heard throughout your healthcare journey.
