As a RN I have always advocated for my patients. My goal is to relieve your stress so you can focus on healing. I work for you to make sure your health care goals are met. My services include but are not limited to patient education, medical record review, preparation for physician appointments, liaison between patient and physician, monitoring care in skilled nursing and Rehab facilities, medication review. I offer a complementary consultation to answer yor questions. My goal is to deliver compassionate, respectful service, to the patient, family, client to whom I work with.I will guide you and assist you to ensure the best outcomes. I will maintain the highest levels of privacy and confidentiality. Your health care goals are my goals.
