Marsha Hyslop R.N., BSN, MBA is a performance-driven health care executive, with in depth clinical experience and expertise in rapidly growing, technology-driven health care environments. She has developed and implemented numerous clinical programs in multiple organizations as well as strategic initiatives to support organizational objectives and business opportunities.  She has a steadfast commitment to promoting clinical quality and outcomes, in depth health care industry knowledge and a successful record of fostering meaningful relationships and opportunities with internal and external stakeholders with both corporate and health plan partners. She was the Chief Clinical Officer of 2^nd.MD for 7 years where she contributed significantly to the quality, scale, and growth of the organization. She built the Expert Specialist panel which was comprised of over 1000 leading specialists across the nation. 2^nd.MD grew by 72% in 2020 resulting in the 2021 acquisition of 2^nd.MD by Accolade (a publicly traded company).  She served on the Clinical Advisory Board for Sword Health a virtual physical therapy solution. She is on the Advisory Board for the University of Texas School of Nursing and serves as a Strategic Advisor to Access Hope a virtual oncology solution. She is currently the VP of Clinical Oversight for Truepill, a virtual pharmacy and telehealth solution.  She is passionate about patient advocacy which has been a primary focus of her life’s mission and work.
