Amy is an accomplished business optimization consultant and the owner of Golden Innovation Group. With over 25 years of experience in life sciences leadership, she has a passion for helping small businesses streamline their operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize their processes. Her unique approach combines empathy, honesty, and efficiency, drawing from her extensive corporate and entrepreneurial experience. She has a BS degree in biochemistry and a master’s degree in organizational management.
As a non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma Blood Cancer survivor herself and an advocate for health equity, Amy is deeply committed to supporting initiatives that improve healthcare access and patient advocacy. She brings a strategic mindset and a people-centered approach to the HealthAdvocateX board, aiming to foster collaboration and innovation within the organization. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, she is dedicated to supporting HealthAdvocateX’s mission to empower individuals to navigate healthcare systems effectively.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and volunteering with her local Golden Retriever Dog rescue.
