Ashley Skye

Ashley is HealthAdvocateX’s head of operations, administration, and technology. She started working as a Washington State Health Advocacy (WASHAA) staff member in April 2017, prior to which time she served as the organization’s intern. She also worked as an administrative assistant for GreyZone Health. Ashley’s appreciation for the complicated dynamics between physical and mental health led her to graduate from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, but it is her experience as a struggling patient that led her to develop an interest in health advocacy. While most of Ashley’s current work revolves around information management, her tasks have included everything from basic web design to assisting with The National Health and Patient Advocate Survey.
