I am the Founder & Executive Director of the National Dental Advocacy Program (NDAP), a nonprofit dedicated to helping patients navigate dental care, insurance, and access barriers with clarity and confidence. I am also the owner of Elite Dental Systems, a consulting firm specializing in dental billing, medical–dental cross-coding, revenue cycle management, and operational compliance. With over 16 years in the dental industry, my expertise spans dental assisting, medical - dental billing and coding, dental sleep medicine, and patient advocacy. My work focuses on bridging the gap between patients, providers, and payers through education, ethical advocacy, and systems-based solutions. My goal is to empower patients to understand their rights and options while supporting dental practices in building transparent, compliant, and patient-centered financial systems.
