We work with patients and their partners to bridge the gap between you and your healthcare team. Our personal service will explain medical scenarios to you, simply and directly, in advance of appointments, tests, and procedures. We will advocate for you during hospitalizations or when you have issues with care providers. We will accompany you to your medical appointments and support/counsel you with clear and precise explanations of medical orders. We work directly for you and together we will confidently and confidentially deal with your medical situation so you can focus on enjoying life. Our experience extends through the gamut of care from pharmacies to medical offices, group practices, and into surgical suites.
