As an independent, Board Certified Patient Advocate and Certified Senior Advisor, Stephanie works to help people get through difficult, stressful, or confusing times. She prepares and supports her clients through in person and virtual medical appointments and procedures. She coordinates information and facilitates communication, helps to educate, empower and promote health, safety, and the rights of every client. Stephanie holds an OTA associate degree with experience in mental health and physical rehab. She has 30 years of pharmacy industry experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, then 15 years as a General Manager. Her expertise in the complexities of pharmacy billing and long term care procedures is beneficial to her clients.
